This tattoo is called The Universal Eye Tattoo as it is in a formation of an eye representing the universe and life. As seen in the tattoo one can see the phases of the moon, the full moon being on top and the opposite the dark side of the moon the shadow side beneath. The centre is the universe. It is a formation as in Yin and Yang showing the light and dark and the integration of both the yin and yang/dark and light is all within the universe. The client relates it to life, the light and the dark side showing shades of life.
